(1) Where are your products from?
Most of our products are from our own factory – Term Long Electronic Co., Ltd, and others get from our cooperative manufacturers in this field.
(2) How could I get a sample?
We offer free samples for quality test or any other business purpose if sample fee under usd5.00. Or we have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery charge and then send samples to you. Of course if you have an effective account of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc., you don't need to pay the express delivery charge.
(3) Could we place order by OEM style to have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
OEM order is welcome. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products or the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, The minimum quantity is 1000 units per logo, and you must add the addition chargers, this charger is according different products, email us for detailed information, You can send us the artwork by email in AI or CDR format.

We serve to both dealers and direct buyers
(5) What about your quality and warranty?
We have strict quality control system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed one year. For defective or false products those are confirmed due to our own mistakes, we can replace and make up for you and you no need return the defective ones to us.
(6) How could I get your price list (rates chart)?
We only send the full price list (rates chart) to the intended and potential customers. Please tell us your interested products, quantity with your company / personal info together, then we will offer the full price list (rates chart) by e-mail.
(7) What's your unique service?
① : Professional sales Lady or guy is on duty to service you within 24 hours to proceed you order,
②: The products we supply are all top quality (Grade A++), we will not supply common quality products.
③: Now we have our own experienced logistics team to handle import / export transportation and customs clearance.
(8) What about your freight charges?
We offer preferential freight price at 15~40% discount based on the uniform price of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and many airlines in the world. Whether your shipments are ordered from us or not, freight price is subject to your shipment's weight. And we only send the special freight price list (rates chart) to the customers who have ordered products from us.
(9) What kind of shipment will you use?
We ship the goods by your appointed forwarder such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and all available airlines. If you don't mind what's the forwarder is, usually we ship goods below 20kg by FedEx express, TNT express, 21~100kg by DHL express and over 100kg by air freight. If the quantity is very large, we may ship by ocean container.

(11) What shall we do if we're not satisfied with your products, services or your staff?
Don't worry when you're strictly angry with our products, services or maybe somebody. Please write your dissatisfaction and complains directly to ceo@giftsexport.com. Our CEO will personally deal with the problems you may unfortunately encounter.
(12) What terms of payment do you use?
① Bank transfer from your company A/C to our company A/C:
We accept :
1: 100% T/T in advance if Amount Below USD 30 thousand;
2: 25% T/T in advance , rest 75% pay befor shipment; if the amount is above USD 30 thousand
3: terns irrevocable L/C at sight if amount is above USD 200 thousand . You can freely choose bank transfer to our authorized company A/C or personal A/C. Also Western Union payment is welcome.
② Payment by Western Union or Money Gram:
Please contact our business manager for the authorized Western Union details.
※ By western union, we can get your payment within 24 hours after you make the payment. We suggest you pay by western union in case that needs goods urgently.
③ Bank transfer from your personal / company A/C to our personal A/C (USD):
Please contact our business manager for the authorized personal A/C details.

(13) What about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city or country?
If you can sell our products worth above 800,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD 1000,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your country. We are very glad to establish long term and further cooperation / partnership / agent with you.
